Amplify Systems is built on HighLevel, so read this knowing which side we work on. We have kept to what each company publishes about itself, and we say where ClickFunnels is the better choice.

The short answer

  • ClickFunnels suits coaches, course creators and online sellers whose company is the funnel: pages, checkout, email and courses, with a clear limit on contacts and team size per plan.
  • HighLevel suits companies that also sell by phone and appointment, and agencies running many client accounts: CRM, calls, texts, booking, reviews and funnels in one account.

When ClickFunnels is the better fit

  • Your company sells online, start to finish. If buyers find you, read a page and check out without talking to anyone, a funnel-first tool keeps things simple.
  • You want fewer moving parts. A narrower tool means fewer settings to learn.
  • You like annual billing. ClickFunnels lists a lower monthly rate when you pay for the year.

When HighLevel is the better fit

  • People call or book before they buy. Calls, texts, missed call text back, booking and reminders sit next to the funnel.
  • Your list or your team is large. Contacts and users don't move the plan price.
  • You run an agency. Sub-accounts, snapshots and white-label options are built for managing many clients.
  • You want one inbox. Texts, email, calls and social messages from a contact all appear in one conversation.

Before you switch

  1. List the funnels and courses that bring in money. Rebuild those first.
  2. Count your contacts, team and monthly emails, and price both on their own pricing pages.
  3. Plan for text registration (A2P 10DLC) if you will text customers in the US from HighLevel.
  4. Allow time for setup. If you want help, see HighLevel setup, done with you.

Questions

HighLevel vs ClickFunnels questions

Is HighLevel cheaper than ClickFunnels?

Their entry plans list the same monthly price. On 31 October 2026, HighLevel Starter and ClickFunnels Launch were both $97 a month, and ClickFunnels offered a lower rate for annual billing. The difference is in the limits: ClickFunnels plans cap contacts, team members and emails a month, while HighLevel lists unlimited contacts and users and charges for phone, text, email and AI by usage.

Can HighLevel build funnels like ClickFunnels?

Yes. HighLevel includes a website and funnel builder on every plan. ClickFunnels is built around funnels; in HighLevel the builder is one part of a broader account. Try building one of your own funnels in each before you decide.

Does ClickFunnels do texting and phone calls?

ClickFunnels’ pricing page, read on 31 October 2026, lists funnels, courses, contacts, email, workspaces and AI tools. It doesn’t list phone calling or text messaging, so ask ClickFunnels directly if you need them. HighLevel lists both, billed by usage.

Can I move my funnels from ClickFunnels to HighLevel?

Contacts move by spreadsheet export and import. Funnel pages, courses and automations are rebuilt in HighLevel rather than copied, so start with the funnels that bring in money.
